• All payments, once processed, are non-refundable.
• Memberships, credit packages, workshops, and retail purchases cannot be refunded once purchased unless otherwise required by applicable law.
• Missed classes, late cancellations, and no-shows are subject to our cancellation policy.
• To avoid penalties, cancellations must be made at least 1 hour before Mat classes and 3 hours before Reformer & Chair Pilates classes.
• Late cancellations or no-shows may result in the deduction of class credits or applicable membership penalties in accordance with the studio’s booking policy.
